Following the events of the dragon cycle, Basil The Wanderer is drawn back to Cantha to investigate strange occurrences in the Jade Sea. Reports emerge of miners and workers affected by unexplained aggression, as well as mysterious disruptions to jade-powered technology. Alongside allies including Detective Rama, Gorrik, and Engineer Yao, Basil uncovers signs of corruption tied to a malevolent, otherworldly presence.
