With the Charr civil war ended and Jormag and Primordus defeated, peace has finally returned to Tyria. Gorrik receives a letter to meet an old colleague, unaware that it is a trap set by the Aetherblades to kidnap him. Basil The Wanderer and Aurene set out on a rescue mission, chasing the Aetherblades through the Mists, eventually causing their airships to crash-land in Cantha.
